The objectives are to collect and manage employees’ data, including but not limited to: names, addresses, Taxpayer Identification Numbers, visa information, work authorizations, and records of dependents and other family members where necessary. This information, because it is confidential, must be properly secured but made easily accessible when required by authorized persons.
